18+ No persons under the age of 18 are permitted to attend a Paranormal Investigation with ParanormalQ

The use of Drugs and Alcohol is prohibited on all investigations held by ParanormalQ, any guest thought to be under the influence of Drug’s or Alcohol will be asked to leave immediately. 

The safety of our guests is paramount, unfortunately due to some locations being partly derelict and in a state of disrepair with many uneven floors we are unable to accommodate guests with mobility problems.

Heavily pregnant women are unable to attend any investigation held by ParanormalQ.

Under UK Law Smoking/Vaping is prohibited within business premisses. You will be notified of smoking/vaping areas in the welcome briefing.

We will not accept Liability for any damage caused to a guests clothing or equipment during an investigation. Responsibility for your personal belongings is on you.

It is important that guests are aware that we accept no liability for any accident/injury/incident that may occur on an investigation. We risk assess all venues prior to an investigation and a safety talk is included with the welcome briefing.

It is down to you to ensure that you can make the investigation upon booking as we have a strict No Refund Policy. Once you have paid for an event, you’re going on a ghost hunt. Don’t be scared. Should you become unavailable to attend an investigation you can pass your ticket on privately. Tickets must not be sold online. Please notify us immediately if guest information has changed.

We expect guests to act in a kind and respectful manner towards others during an investigation. You must not be rude, cause harm or injury to another guest.

We expect guests to arrive dressed appropriately, most places are very cold during the night, especially in winter. You will also need a torch, and we ask that you bring a reusable travel cup for your refreshments.

Most events are held at venues that have a history of paranormal activity, although these places come with their very own ghost stories, we cannot guarantee any paranormal activity will occur during the investigation.

The use of camera’s for taking photographs is permitted across all locations, some locations do not allow filming, you will be advised of this in the welcome briefing. Filming is only permitted with the consent of other guests. Photo’s/Video’s taken on investigations are deemed to be for personal use, any footage caught belongs to ParanormalQ and we should be notified before this is shared on social media platforms.

All personal information we receive about you will be processed within data protection legislation and GDPR laws. No personal information will be sold to third parties, and no payment information is stored.

Our Terms and Conditions are non-negotiable and your booking of an investigation with us demonstrates your acceptance of our terms and conditions 

By accepting and agreeing with these terms and conditions you are further indemnifying the organisers from and against all legal liability in respect of claims, damages, costs, legal suits, losses or expenses accrued out of the injury or death of any person, or persons, or damage to any property arising from a guest’s participation or involvement in any investigation held by ParanormalQ.
